Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth.

There are many dimensions of wellness.Here, we are going to focus about physical wellness. Physical wellness is the ability  to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get through our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress.

Tips  for  maintaining your physical wellness:

  • Do any exercise daily or atleast do body stretching or take a walk or run.
  • Drink plenty of  water.
  • Eat clean always make sure what you put in your body.
  • Take proper sleep.
  • Do meditation.
